Mission Control
The system I run my week on. Built around how I actually work.
I had two reasons. I wanted to be AI-literate in practice — to build and deploy my own agents, not just read about them. And I wanted a tool built directly around my own needs.
- Up next: one card, ranked by the nearest real deadline.
- My inbox, underneath it.
- Gideon, one keystroke away (⌘G): it answers “what’s next?” in seconds.
Shown with sample data. The real one runs on my own projects, deadlines and notes. Tap a number to see what that part does.
Try it
Approve it at the last step.
Example: lecture cards
- My notes Plain text
- Local server On my Mac
- Dashboard Today, Projects
- Assistant Drafts, never sends
- Me Approve or not
Endocrinology note: this week’s lecture has no cards yet.
What it does
The rules
The rules it runs on.
The app reads plain-text notes and changes to fit them, never the reverse. If the two disagree, I fix the app.
Gideon drafts emails and prepares tasks. I approve every one before anything leaves.
600+ automated checks, each one written after something actually broke.
A feature earns its place only if it changes what I do this week. Otherwise it is polish.
