Terms of Use
These terms cover Mission Control, a personal desktop application I built and use myself. It is not a commercial product and it is not offered to anyone else.

What the application is
Mission Control is a desktop dashboard written and operated by Belal Zaky, an individual based in London, United Kingdom. It runs entirely on my own computer. One part of it reads bank statement files I export myself, so that I can see my own spending.
Who it is for
Me, and only me. There is no public version, no hosted version, no sign-up, no accounts, and no way for another person to use it. Nothing about it is sold, licensed, distributed or advertised. If any of that changes, these terms will be rewritten first.
What it does with financial data
The application has no connection to any bank and no ability to obtain data from one. It reads CSV statement files that I download from my own online banking and open in it myself. Nothing enters it any other way.
It has no payment capability. It cannot move money, set up transfers, alter standing orders, or change anything at a bank.
My relationship with my bank is governed by the bank's own terms. Nothing on this page overrides them. How the imported data is handled once it is on my computer is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The application is provided as-is. It is a personal tool, written for my own use, with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose. Figures it displays are for my own reference and are not financial advice, accounting records, or a substitute for statements issued by my bank. Where the application and the bank disagree, the bank is right.
No third-party access
Because there is no hosted service, there is nothing for anyone else to sign up to, log into, or misuse. If source code for the application is ever published, it will be published without credentials and without data.
Changes
These terms may change if what the application does changes. The date at the top reflects the current version. An earlier version described reading bank data through a licensed account information provider; that route was never used and has been removed from the application.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
